Mutt is confusing, like that, with commands and functions.

Anyway, I found this post [0], which suggests setting and unsetting display_filters. I’ve had good success with it:

message-hook . “unset display_filter”
# Pass any New or Old message with an Autocrypt header to muacrypt
message-hook “(~N|~O) ~h Autocrypt” “set display_filter=’muacrypt process-incoming –cat'”
