					<description><![CDATA[I think the shower works so good because it is one of the few moments where we are not distracted by anything. The water and usually closed eyes provide a relaxed meditation state, which make you open for ideas.
I also get ideas when I am doing endurance sports like cycling or running, 
For me it also works when going clubbing, I guess the repetitive music and lights help to get me into a similar state. Any drink and all is for nothing though.
There also seems to be a rule that the further you are a way from pen and paper, the more ideas you will have.]]></description>
